Known by his nickname, \u201cScrapdaddy\u201d, Bradford\u2019s work has been exhibited in museums around the world, He has worked in Texas for over three decades drawing upon the scrapped and discarded remains of commerce and industry and transforming them into creatures, vehicles and other sculpture that is recognizable in its source material yet completely novel in its repurposing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fivepointsmuseum.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/DSC6510-1024x741.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1259\" width=\"565\" height=\"408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fivepointsmuseum.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/DSC6510-1024x741.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.fivepointsmuseum.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/DSC6510-300x217.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fivepointsmuseum.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/DSC6510-768x556.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Featured in the parade in years past, Bradford&#8217;s walking contraptions, otherworldly beings <g class=\"gr_ gr_5 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"5\" data-gr-id=\"5\">and<\/g> wall sculptures will be on display inside the museum, inviting everyone to see up close how Bradford takes discarded scrap metal and gives it new life.
